Full position (40 hours per week). Part-time employment is also possible. This is a fixed term-position of three years with the possibility of extending the contract for a further two years (position for academic qualification corresponding to § 65 HHG i. V. m. § 2 Abs. 1 Satz 1 WissZeitVG; opportunity for PhD project).
- Innovative research in the subject area of Analysis, Partial Differential Equations and/or related fields
- Teaching assistance in basic as well as advanced mathematics courses in analysis as well as for electrical engineering and computer science
- Completed course of academic study (Master degree) within the field of Mathematics, with specialization in Analysis, Partial Differential Equations or related subject areas. The required degree must have been obtained by the starting date.
- Excellent academic results
- Very good communication and writing skills in English
Of advantage are:
