50 % part time. The position is initially limited for 3 years with the possibility of extension for a further 2 years (qualification position according to § 72 HessHG in conjunction with § 2 para. 1 sentence 1 WissZeitVG). The possibility of a doctorate is given.
Tasks:
- Scientific collaboration in research and teaching in the field of Sustainable Marketing
- Participation in projects and summer schools of the department
- Independent handling of a research subfield at the intersection of marketing, digitalization, and sustainability
Requirements:
- Completed academic master degree in Economics, Management, or related disciplines. The required degree must be obtained by the start date and must qualify for a doctorate at the University of Kassel.
- Methods of empirical data collection and analysis
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Advantages:
- Knowledge of R, SMARTPLS, or MAXQDA
- Experience in publishing research results in peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in German, both spoken and written
